Oil Skimmer
A skimmer is a machine that separates a liquid from particles floating on it or from another liquid. A common application is removing oil floating on water which is called as oil skimmer. These technologies are commonly used for oil spill remediation but are also commonly found in industrial applications such as removing oil from machine tool coolant and removing oil from aqueous parts washers where the removved oil is disposed. The oil skimmers are supplied to many industries like agribased processing industries, food industry, precision components manufacturing, metal production industries, pre engineered building manufacturers, cement industry, petrochemical industries and many more. The oil skimmer can be belt type, disc type and drum type based on the application where it is used.
