Sewage and Effluent Treatment Plants are essential for disposal or reuse of industrial generated waste water. Pure Tech India has provided skid mounted sewage and effluent treatment plants to various industries and will be able to manufacture ETP and STP for different capacity, location and need.
The Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) is based on MBBR (Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor) technology using Active Bio-organisms meeting the specifications of reuse of the treated sewage for non-potable applications. This technology extends the time-tested Activated Sludge Process that has been in practice for decades. The process involves feeding microorganisms to the sewage and supplementing them with Atmospheric air to sustain the microorganisms that feed on the BOD and COD, causing components, thereby releasing the oxygen in the water. We have supplied to many IOCL terminals, BPCL terminals and many more.
The Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is proposed for treating and reutilization of effluent generated from soap solution discharged after use in the chain conveying system as lubricant, water discharged after use in the cylinder washing unit/hydro test, water drained from the test bath, and water from the paint booth. We have supplied to many IOCL terminals, BPCL terminals, ISGEC Heavy Engineering, and many more.
